The best part is that you can make them throughout the year for different holidays using holiday themed napkins. And once you know how to decoupage a napkin onto a rock, you can use the same technique for decoupaging fabric, papers, and tissue paper on rocks.
- Rocks - Decoupage glue - Napkins - Saran Wrap - Foam brush - Paint brush - Small cup of water (links in swipe up)
Draw an outline using a wet paintbrush and slowly tear along the wet outline. Apply decoupage.
Prep your rock with a white background, separate you napkin to 1 ply.
Apply a second napkin design if desired.
Apply Saran Wrap and smooth, then remove once dry. You'll find some leftover edges, you can tuck them with extra decoupage.
