It’s no secret that I love to doodle. I even have a doodle challenge that I host on my Instagram page. I announce a new theme every Wednesday and anyone can participate and join in at anytime. With doodling on the brain I thought it would be fun to make some colorful and easy Easter doodle eggs.

This Easter egg decorating idea is simple. Choose a pattern or design and start doodling. I used my favorite paint pens for the doodling because I love their vibrant colors. It doesn’t have to complicated. In fact my favorite doodle Easter eggs were the ones with basic shapes.

Doodle Easter Egg Supplies:

Plastic Craft Easter Eggs – I used these Crayola scribble eggs as well as some craft Easter eggs I found at the Michaels craft store. You could even use wooden Easter eggs,
Paint markers – I used my favorite Posca Paint Markers. These are the same markers that I also use for drawing on rocks.

Tip: To make drawing on your egg even easier, put a roll of washi tape underneath your egg while you draw.

Hope you are feeling inspired to create your own doodle Easter egg. If you want another fun idea for Easter egg decorating, check out my Kawaii and Emoji inspired Easter eggs. And if love to color, I have a free downloadable bunny coloring page that you’ll receive when you sign up for my newsletter before Easter.

Happy crafting,
Sam
